Commentary: Jackie's Gift Gallery opened their doors in 2002. Based in Lynchburg, TN and right down the road from the Jack Daniel's factory, Jackie's Gift Gallery has become one of the largest third-party retailers for Jack Daniel's specialty items and gifts. In June of 2011, Jackie's original web host went out of business without notice, effectively taking down Jackie's website, email and most backups. After a number of grueling days trying to figure out how to remedy their problem, Jackie contacted us. Jackie was working with a minimal budget and needed a new e-commerce solution. We provided Jackie with the solution of X-Cart and a number of optional templates. Within two weeks, we provided Jackie's Gift Gallery with a robust e-commerce website fully customized and ready for business.
